WhatsAble is a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform by SpaGreen Creative that provides WhatsApp marketing automation tools, APIs, and AI chatbot features. All services are delivered digitally via our cloud infrastructure — no physical products are shipped.
Because of the instant access and usage-based nature of our platform, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.
We strongly encourage all users to explore WhatsAble using the free trial (if available) or demo access before subscribing. This allows you to evaluate whether our features meet your business needs before making any payment.
Refunds are only considered in the following limited cases:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
Service Failure: If the platform fails to deliver promised features due to a verified technical issue on our end and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time (7 business days).
Non-Activation: If you purchased a plan but your account could not be activated due to technical or billing errors caused by us.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after subscription.
Partial usage or remaining unused subscription days.
Issues caused by third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp API restrictions, Meta account bans).
Custom setup or add-on services already delivered.
To request a refund, please contact our billing team within 7 days of your purchase by emailing sales@spagreen.net with:
Your registered account email.
Payment reference or invoice number.
Description of the issue.
Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund.
SpaGreen Creative reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
