Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated for the current billing period). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe. Annual plans may also be paid by bank transfer — contact our sales team for details.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay only the plan price. Note that Meta charges a per-conversation fee for WhatsApp Business API usage, which is separate from your WhatsAble subscription and billed directly by Meta.
If you approach your plan's contact or message limits, WhatsAble will notify you in advance. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Conversations will not be cut off mid-month; overages are handled gracefully with a prompt to upgrade.
Technical & Setup
After signing up, the onboarding wizard walks you through connecting your number via the Meta Business Manager. The process typically takes 15–30 minutes. Our support team is available to assist if you run into any verification steps.
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official channel for high-volume, programmatic messaging — it's what powers bulk campaigns, automation, and the shared inbox in WhatsAble. Unlike the regular WhatsApp Business app, the API has no messaging limits and supports full automation. WhatsAble handles the API access for you as part of your subscription.
Yes. You can import contacts via CSV upload or sync them directly from your CRM. Each contact must have opted-in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business in accordance with WhatsApp policies. WhatsAble provides opt-in management tools to help you stay compliant.
Yes. WhatsAble encrypts all data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We are hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regular security audits. Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Compliance & Account
Yes. WhatsAble has an agency plan that lets you manage multiple client accounts under one roof. Each client gets an isolated workspace with their own WhatsApp number, contacts, and campaigns. You get a central agency dashboard to switch between accounts and monitor performance.
Yes. WhatsAble is fully GDPR compliant. We act as a Data Processor on behalf of your business (the Data Controller). We provide Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), support data subject access and deletion requests, and store EU customer data within the EU. Visit our GDPR page for more details.
After cancellation, your account is deactivated and you have 30 days to export your contacts, conversations, and campaign data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy. We will never hold your data hostage.
